Downtown Inc welcomes guest speaker Kimberly Stever to present Best Practices in Customer Service. Stever is the Director of Solutions at Eastwick Marketing and is a seasoned marketing professional with 25 years of experience in various forms of economic development. She is a certified Main Street Manager and participant of Disney Institute. As Director of Solutions for Eastwick Marketing, she enjoys a reputation as a “problem solver” and is proficient at building awareness and engaging targeted audiences and constituencies. Learn how to build a better relationship with every patron that enters your business; keep them coming back, and most importantly: tell all their friends about you.
