Go Green in the City!
Celebrate buying local, buying fresh, and being green at Go Green in the City on Saturday, April 21. Nearly 1,000 people are expected to attend this fun, family-friendly festival, celebrating green living and promoting local.
Go Green in the City Artwork Competition
New this year, Downtown Inc is inviting local students to create the promotional artwork used for Go Green in the City. Students enrolled in a York County college or school are invited to lend their creative talents to the “Go Green in the City Artwork Competition.” There’s no cost to register. Competition ends Friday, February 24. The winner's artwork will appear online, in posters, flyers and on promotional materials for the festival. In addition, the winner will also receive $100. Downtown Inc is currently seeking local artisans, green-conscious businesses, non-profits, and market vendors to join us for Go Green in the City. Now in its fourth year, this annual event celebrates buying local, buying fresh, and being green!
