Owned by Andrew Mintonye, Pullshot is a micro-batch coffee roaster and coffee shop inside Central Market (34 W. Philadelphia St.) focused on specialty-grade coffee sourced from around the world. Andrew roasts all of the beans himself and also offers wholesale coffee. “Nothing is better than being able to serve coffee on the weekend at the market,” Andrew says. “The market as a whole is such an energetic environment.”

February 2026: The New Hub Store

The energy of Willie Standley and Jabarri Brown (pictured), the dynamic father-and-son duo, is what makes the store located at 51 S. George St. such a special place. With 104 years of history behind the business and Willie proudly leading it for more than 30 of those years, The New Hub continues to be a cornerstone of downtown style. The shop offers an incredible selection of suits, dress pants, and formalwear, known for vibrant colors and distinctive styles you won’t find just anywhere. Together, they make sure every customer leaves looking their absolute best, offering expert tailoring to ensure the perfect fit, and even shoe repair services to complete the look.

March 2026: White rose bar & grill

Located in the heart of downtown at 48 N. Beaver St., White Rose offers a vibrant dining experience where tradition meets creativity, with bold, dynamic flavors and a welcoming atmosphere that has made it a local favorite.  Known for their brunch, famous fishbowls drinks, and three bars to choose from, the restaurant seats nearly 400 guests and remains a staple of downtown celebrations. We are so lucky they have been part of Downtown York for 93 years!
