Celebrate buying local and being green at Go Green in the City on Saturday, April 21, 2012, in downtown York from 10 a.m.-3 p.m.
Nearly 1,000 people are expected to attend this fun, family-friendly festival, celebrating green living and promoting local.
Artisans, green-conscious businesses, non-profits, and food and market vendors will set up along North Beaver Street to showcase their eco-friendly products, services, arts and crafts.
In addition, participating shops and restaurants throughout downtown York will be offering green-themed events and promotions.
