A year ago we featured Downtown Dwellers, Sean and Mandy Arnold, their two Old English Bulldogs, Duff, and Savannah, and their beautifully repurposed 5000 square foot warehouse apartment, located in the WeCo District of Downtown York in an online Downtown York Magazine online feature.
Since that June 2020 feature, Sean and Mandy have been busy redesigning and converting space in their apartment to meet the needs of their family, including a new billiards and workout space. Historically Edgy Downtown York has a wealth of historic buildings waiting for development and investment, like Sean and Mandy’s beautiful warehouse apartment.
When asked why they continue to invest in the community that they’ve called home since 2003, Mandy explains, “We love living in a place where we can walk everywhere and never use our car. We’re big believers in supporting strong urban communities, and so we have continued to invest responsibly in our communities through collaborative efforts, reinvestment revitalization, and building our businesses to create jobs.”
